How It Works:

  1. Segregation & Feeding: Biodegradable waste is segregated from dry recyclables and loaded into the processing unit.

  2. Mechanical Mixing: The machine mixes the organic waste with sawdust and bio-culture to achieve the ideal moisture and C:N ratio.

  3. Transfer to Racks: The processed mixture is moved to the specialized Rack Curing System, where it undergoes natural aerobic decomposition.

  4. Maturation: Over 20–25 days, the material stabilizes, losing volume and transforming into dark, earthy, nutrient-rich compost.
