How It Works:

System Intake: Raw sludge or slurry is introduced into the core processing unit, where an internal rotating screw begins moving the material forward.

Compression & Separation: As the material advances, the screw’s pitch narrows, gradually decreasing the internal volume. This creates intense pressure, forcing liquids out through specialized filtration gaps while solids are retained.

Final Extraction: In the final stage, maximum compression is applied for deep moisture removal, resulting in a highly compacted solid "cake" that is discharged through the system's exit.
