Role & Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients through channels like cold calling, networking events, social media, referrals, and online research.

  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and delivering tailored solutions.

  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, highlighting how the company's products or services can address client requirements effectively.

  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the team to create and execute sales strategies aimed at targeting specific market segments, industries, and geographic regions.

  • Achieving Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas by closing deals and generating revenue.

  • Negotiation & Closing Deals: Manage negotiations, including pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals successfully while maintaining strong customer satisfaction.

  • Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market shifts to find new opportunities for business development and improvement.

  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions; provide timely reports and forecasts to sales management.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Educational Qualification: BBA / MBA in Marketing (BE / B Tech will be an added advantage) Fresher or with 1-2 years of experience in sales.

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for presenting ideas effectively, managing client relationships, and negotiating terms. Local language with excellent communication skill.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and colleagues, demonstrating empathy and reliability.

  • Negotiation & Sales Skills: Understanding of the sales process, with the ability to negotiate and close deals.

  • Time Management: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts, tasks, and deadlines.

  • Data Handling: Proficiency in managing and analyzing sales data to draw insights, trends, and forecasts.

  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software, MS Office, and basic sales tracking tools is required.

  • Problem-Solving Ability: Ability to resolve issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting business goals.

  • Adaptability & Learning: Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced sales environment and learn new approaches or tools for better client servicing.

  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail in both sales and back-office tasks, ensuring accuracy in documentation, data, and communications.

Salary & Remuneration

  • Salary Package : CTC 2.80 LPA to 4.80 LPA

  • Incentive – Performance based handsome incentives based on target

  • Other Allowance – Travelling and Mobile Allowance.
