Role & Responsibilities

  • Installation & Commissioning: Lead the end-to-end installation of composting machines at client sites, ensuring all systems are calibrated and functional.

  • Preventive Maintenance: Execute scheduled maintenance visits to optimize machine performance and prevent technical downtime.

  • Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose mechanical, electrical, or software issues on-site and perform necessary repairs or component replacements.

  • Technical Support: Provide real-time assistance to clients regarding machine operations, addressing queries and technical glitches promptly.

  • Client Training: Conduct detailed training sessions for client staff on the safe and efficient operation of the composting equipment.

  • Service Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of service calls, parts replaced, and machine performance logs through digital reporting tools.

  • Spare Parts Management: Monitor and manage the inventory of essential spare parts to ensure quick turnaround times for repairs.

  • Customer Feedback: Act as the technical face of the company, gathering feedback to help the R&D team improve product design and durability.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Educational Qualification: Diploma or B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.

  • Experience: Fresher or 1–3 years of experience in the maintenance and servicing of industrial machinery or waste management systems.

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of mechanical assemblies, electrical circuits, and PLC-based control systems.

  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet and resolve complex technical issues under pressure at client locations.

  • Communication Skills: Clear verbal communication to explain technical procedures to non-technical users in English and the local language.

  • Physical Stamina: Comfort with field-based work, including handling tools and working in various industrial or outdoor environments.

  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using mobile service apps, MS Office, and basic reporting software.

  • Time Management: Ability to manage a daily schedule of multiple service calls across different geographic regions.

Salary & Remuneration

  • Salary Package: CTC ₹2.50 Lakhs to ₹4.20 Lakhs (commensurate with experience).

  • Incentives: Performance-linked bonuses based on service efficiency and client retention.

  • Other Allowances: Comprehensive Travelling Allowance (TA), Mobile Allowance, and necessary tool kits provided.
